O'Ban Bio

Steve O'Ban believes that the calling of a lawyer is to provide vigorous advocacy and good judgment. Both are essential to fully serving the client's interest. Clients needs an advocate who zealously advances their cause without losing sight of the fact that he is their representative and should reflect their values. Steve's passion is to represent his clients with tenacity and decency.

In addition to serving as the firm's Managing Partner, Steve is one of the firm's senior trial lawyers. He has been rated by his peers as a Super Lawyer, argued successfully before the Washington State Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, and litigated high-profile cases that gained national attention in the Wall Street Journal, ABC's "Good Morning America," USA Today, and other national media outlets.

Steve represents individuals and small businesses, non-profits and insurance companies, local small business owners and foreign corporations. He has helped those injured in avoidable tragedies, workers taken advantage of by their union, employers sued simply because they are a deep pocket, employees discriminated against by their employers, and charitable organizations whose good works are threatened by expensive and frivolous claims. In defending the widely disparate interests of these clients, his approach is the same: He earns his client's trust and fights hard to get them the best possible result.
