Suggested Seminar Format
A typical seminar format might be:
Friday Lunch (depending on travel possibilities) A time for your elders, missions committee, or other local leaders or businessmen to meet with Dr. Jones and find out about the truthXchange ministry or discuss other issues.
Friday Evening: Lecture 1
Saturday Morning: Lecture 2, Lecture 3
Saturday Lunch: Ministry Presentation[1]
Saturday Afternoon: "Beat the Pastor" golf tournament or other relaxing activity
Sunday: Adult, College or Young People’s Sunday School class
Sunday Morning Service: Preaching
Dr. Jones is often available to teach Sunday School or to preach in a host or local church. Speaking fees are arranged outside of the seminar cost.
[1] Because truthXchange is dependent on donations, we ask that you find some time during the weekend to allow Dr. Jones to explain the ministry either to the general audience, or to the elders/mission board or other leadership structure. This can be done in an informal setting such as a coffee time or luncheon. Please schedule this into your seminar time.
